Aside from the Bargarean Jade, designed and illustrated by Eric Geusz, the podcast has not to date (6 June 2020) issued sponsored images of the main characters. To fill the void, fans of Mission to Zyxx have contributed their own illustrations of these characters, which the podcast often publishes on their Instagram and Twitter accounts. Many more fan art images are to be found under the hashtag #zyxxart.
The variations on each character from one illustration to another, especially regarding the image of Dar, are of particular interest. One of the more stable character images, Nermut Bundaloy, is likely due to Nermut being the character for which the most physical description has been given during episodes of the show. Pleck Decksetter is also a very stable character image since Tellurians seem to be the "humans" of the podcast.
